By signing a Buyer Representation Agreement with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty and Yvette Shipman, you help us to prioritize your needs at the top of our lists.  It shows us that you are serious about purchasing a property and because of your commitment to us you will benefit in the following ways:

1. Customized Auto-Notifications and Niche Market Snapshots:  When house hunting time is of the essence long before writing an offer.  So that you can make well thought out efficient decisions Yvette takes the time to customize how you receive property notifications so that they contain the information that is most important to you.  This is applied to her market reports as well.  If you want to specifically get a sense of the lake view market, or that of forest-side homes, Yvette’s reports will be focused accordingly.
2. Follow-Up Information:  Inventory in the Lake Tahoe real estate market can be scarce. When a property looks like it might be worth your while to make a trip to Tahoe to tour it in person, Yvette will further photograph those aspects of the property about which you may have questions to help you determine if you should jump on a plane or get in the car sooner than later.
3. Previewing to use your time efficiently: Once Yvette has had a chance to learn what matters most to you she will extensively pre-view potential properties of interest to make sure they are worth your while.  Upon signing the Buyer Representation Agreement she will block out considerable amounts of time to do the leg work to be sure you tour the right properties during your trip to Tahoe.
